I enjoyed extremely pleasant and great quality room here.
Booked Wheelchair Accessible room with lovely views, balcony plus double beds, which I really appreciated. Interior was nice. The hotel was situated in the central location close to the river:)))

I enjoyed the convenience of being just a pleasant walk away from iconic sites like the fine Hungarian Parliament Building, only about 900 meters from my hotel, and the serene shoes on the Danube memorial was just over 1 km away, making my weekend explorations so much easier and enjoyable.

Friendly staff at the front desk and a very good location. The W Lan worked well.
In the room we still found old clothes and perfume from previous guests. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired, for a 4 star hotel. In addition, the decor was worn out. In my opinion, this hotel has only three stars.

Breakfast offered a robust variety, though arriving early was crucial. Our room, while clean and tidy, had a slightly dated feel. Free parking was a nice surprise! Just be ready for some noise from the atrium during peak hours.

I had a very special rate and I was not obliged to take the breakfast, I did not use the facility of the hotel really, but the reception was impeccable. I appreciate that the towels were not changed every day -> environment friendly.
I would have like more noise insulation between rooms.

Amazing staff,always smiling & helpful,I really DID like them!Excellent location,close to two tram lines and metro station, all within 5 minutes walk, very clean,comfy beds, spacious room, Good value for money.I asked for a room with a good view and on a side with less noise (if there would be any) & it was given. I really liked my room 517. I definitely recommend this hotel.Check-in, Check-out quite quick!
I wish breakfast was included in the room rate. I didn't take it as it was a bit on the high price. They also stated that they didn't have a double bed when I was checking in so I was given a room with two twin beds put next to each other to make it like a double bed.

The location of the hotel is good, with the window closed (air conditioning turned on) very quiet, first class breakfast, good mattresses.
The attached shower on the bathtub is awkward.

The room was excellent, very clean, with a big bathroom and free Wi-Fi. We arrived to the hotel quite early in the morning but they had rooms available so they let us check in immediately. The staff was happy to help with enquiries about the city and transportation. The breakfast was very good.

Clean and smart, easy access to all transport, from trams, metro and mainl-ine trains.
The noise from the trams, if one wants to sleep with the window open at night. Air con. is, however, very quiet.
